STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND SERVICES

The below text serves as the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Services for Ronaq Al Ikhlas, outlining the rights, obligations, payment terms, service limitations, liabilities, and compliance with UAE laws for both the company and its clients.

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of cleaning services by Ronaq Al Ikhlas ("the Company") to its customers ("the Client").

1.2. By booking and using our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to comply with these terms.

1.3. The Company is registered and operates in accordance with UAE laws and regulations governing cleaning services and customer protection.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

2.1. The Company provides part-time cleaning services on an hourly basis for residential and commercial properties.

2.2. Services include general cleaning tasks as agreed upon at the time of booking. Any additional services must be requested separately.

2.3. Cleaners must be granted safe and unimpeded access to the Client’s premises to perform their duties effectively.

2.4. The Company does not provide deep cleaning, pest control, or specialized cleaning unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2.5. The Company will not provide full cleaning services or overstay cleaner for residential and commercial properties.

3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT TERMS

3.1. All bookings must be made via the Company’s official website, mobile application, or customer service hotline.

3.2. Services are charged on an hourly basis, and rates are subject to VAT where applicable.

3.3. Full payment must be made prior to or immediately after the service through cash, Bank Transfer, or other approved payment methods.

3.4. Any additional service requests may incur extra charges, which will be communicated before service commencement.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1. The Client must provide a safe working environment and necessary cleaning supplies unless agreed otherwise.

4.2. The Client is responsible for securing valuables, money, and jewelry before the service begins.

4.3. The Client must ensure the cleaner has legal access to the premises during the scheduled service time.

4.4. If the cleaner is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the Client may be charged for the missed appointment.

5. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

5.1. Loss of Items: The Company is not liable for the loss or misplacement of valuables such as gold, jewelry, or money.

5.2. Damage to Property: If a cleaner causes accidental damage, the Company’s liability is limited to AED 500, subject to a formal investigation.

5.3. Third-Party Damages: The Company is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, structural defects, or Client negligence.

5.4. Service Quality Disputes: If the Client is unsatisfied with the service, they must notify the Company within 24 hours for a resolution.

6. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUNDS

6.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

6.2. Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be requested at least 12 hours before the original appointment time.

6.3. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are processed only in cases of service non-fulfillment or major issues directly caused by the Company.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial service dissatisfaction or last-minute cancellations.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

7. COMPLIANCE WITH UAE LAWS

7.1. The Company fully complies with UAE labor laws and service industry regulations.

7.2. All cleaners are legally employed, trained, and insured as per UAE labor standards.

7.3. The Company follows health, safety, and hygiene protocols mandated by UAE authorities.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

8.1. The Company is not liable for service disruptions due to events beyond its control, including:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
  • Government-imposed restrictions or curfews
  • Utility failures (water, electricity, etc.)
  • National emergencies or pandemics

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

9.1. The Client’s personal data is handled in compliance with UAE Data Protection and Privacy Laws.

9.2. The Company will not share Client information with third parties except as required by law or for service fulfillment.

10. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

10.1. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as required.

10.2. Updated terms will be published on the Company’s official channels and will take effect immediately.
