STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CLEANING SERVICES

These Standard Terms and Conditions of Cleaning Services ("Terms") govern the provision of cleaning services by Ronaq Al Ikhlas Cleaning Services Establishment ("Establishment", "we", "us", or "our") to any customer ("Client", "you", or "your"). These Terms are drafted in line with UAE best business practices, applicable civil, commercial, consumer protection, labor, and data protection laws, and are intended to protect the rights and obligations of both parties.

By booking, confirming, or using our services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. ESTABLISHMENT DETAILS

Ronaq Al Ikhlas Cleaning Services Establishment

Licensed and operating in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

2.1. The Establishment provides hourly, part-time cleaning services for residential and commercial premises.

2.2. Services are limited to general cleaning tasks as agreed at the time of booking. The scope may include, but is not limited to, surface cleaning, dusting, mopping, and basic sanitation.

2.3. Excluded Services: Unless expressly agreed in writing, the Company does not provide deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, pest control, hazardous material handling, high-rise exterior cleaning, or specialist services.

2.4. Cleaners are assigned for the booked duration only and are not permitted to remain on-site beyond the scheduled service time.

2.5. The Establishment reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where working conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or not disclosed at the time of booking.

3. BOOKINGS AND CONFIRMATION

3.1. Bookings may be made via the Company’s website, official communication channels, or customer service representatives.

3.2. A booking is considered confirmed only upon acknowledgment by the Company.

3.3. The Establishment reserves the right to substitute cleaners, reschedule, or cancel services due to operational requirements, emergencies, or force majeure events.

4. PRICING, PAYMENT, AND VAT

4.1. Services are charged on an hourly basis at the rates communicated at the time of booking.

4.2. All prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with UAE law, where applicable.

4.3. Payment must be made in advance or immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.4. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or other approved methods communicated by the Company.

4.5. Any additional services requested on-site are subject to availability and additional charges, which must be approved by the Client before commencement.

5. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

5.1. The Client shall provide:

  • Safe, lawful, and hygienic working conditions;

  • Access to the premises at the scheduled time;

  • Necessary utilities (water and electricity).

5.2. Unless otherwise agreed, the Client is responsible for providing standard cleaning materials and equipment.

5.3. The Client must secure all valuables, including but not limited to cash, jewelry, documents, and fragile items, prior to service commencement.

5.4. The Client shall inform the Company in advance of:

  • Fragile surfaces or items;

  • Pets on the premises;

  • Any known hazards or restrictions.

5.5. Failure to provide access at the scheduled time may result in the service being considered rendered, with applicable charges applied.

6. HEALTH, SAFETY, AND CONDUCT

6.1. All cleaners are legally employed, trained, and deployed in compliance with UAE labor laws.

6.2. Cleaners are instructed to perform duties professionally and respectfully. The Client agrees to treat cleaners with dignity and refrain from any abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful behavior.

6.3. The Establishment reserves the right to immediately withdraw cleaners from any premises where misconduct, harassment, or unsafe conditions occur.

7. LIABILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. Loss of Valuables: The Establishment shall not be liable for loss, theft, or misplacement of cash, jewelry, or other valuables not secured by the Client.

7.2. Property Damage:

In the event of proven accidental damage directly caused by a cleaner during service:

  • The Client must notify the Company within 24 hours of service completion;

  • Liability, if accepted, shall be limited to a maximum of AED 500 per incident, subject to investigation and evidence.

7.3. The Establishment shall not be liable for:

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Pre-existing damage or defects;

  • Damage caused by faulty materials, improper installations, or Client instructions;

  • Indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

7.4. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for matters that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

8. SERVICE QUALITY AND COMPLAINTS

8.1. Any dissatisfaction or complaint must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

8.2. The Company will assess the complaint and may, at its discretion, offer corrective service, partial compensation, or another reasonable remedy.

8.3. Failure to report issues within the stated timeframe shall be deemed acceptance of the service.

9. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUNDS

9.1. Cancellations:

  • Must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid charges.

  • Late cancellations may be charged in full or in part.

9.2. Rescheduling:

  • Subject to availability;

  • Requests should be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time.

9.3. Refunds:

  • Issued only for non-performance or material service failure attributable to the Company;

  • Not applicable for partial dissatisfaction, access issues, or late cancellations;

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days using the original payment method where possible.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

The Establishment shall not be liable for failure or delay in service due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, utility failures, pandemics, or national emergencies.

11. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

11.1. The Establishment processes personal data in accordance with applicable UAE data protection and privacy laws.

11.2. Client information shall be used solely for service provision, legal compliance, and operational purposes.

11.3. Personal data shall not be shared with third parties except where legally required or necessary to perform the service.

12. TERMINATION

12.1. The Establishment may terminate or refuse future services if the Client breaches these Terms or engages in unlawful or abusive conduct.

12.2. Termination does not affect accrued rights or outstanding payment obligations.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.

14. AMENDMENTS

The Establishment reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published through official Company channels and shall be effective immediately unless stated otherwise.
