Ronaq Alikhlas Clean is searching for dedicated, detail-oriented Cleaners to join our professional team. We specialize in providing top-quality cleaning services to homes, ensuring that every space is left immaculate and welcoming. As a Cleaner with Ronaq Alikhlas Clean, you will work on an hourly basis, visiting various client homes to deliver thorough and efficient cleaning. We are particularly interested in individuals with a background in housekeeping, especially those with experience in the hospitality industry, such as hotels or luxury resorts.
You’ll play a key role in upholding our high standards, using your skills to create a clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing environment for our clients. This role requires individuals who are not only skilled in cleaning but also have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various rooms (bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens, including cleaning surfaces, appliances, and dishes.
- Organize and tidy up client homes as per their specifications.
- Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client requests and feedback.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages during cleaning.
- Follow hospitality-quality standards for cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Complete cleaning tasks within the agreed time frame.
Must Have
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or cleaning, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and the proper use of cleaning equipment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages like Arabic or Filipino are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks for extended periods.
Nice to have
- Experience in deep cleaning or specialty cleaning (carpet, window cleaning).
- Knowledge of advanced cleaning techniques and eco-friendly products.
- Previous customer-facing experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
